Our team building programmes mostly include aspects of creativity, task sharing, planning, communication, teamwork and integration of different ideas for problem solving.
An excerpt from our long list of options for the summer:
- Trustfall
One participant who stands on an elevated position allows himself to fall backward relying on the other members of his team to catch him. Either the group will decide on how their partner is being caught or the trainers will lay down the rules. - Team-Blind-Walk
An area with a start and a finish is defined. After memorizing the course one of the participants is supposed to walk through it blindfoldedly and as fast as possible. His/her team is supposed to help him/her through.
The trainers will explain what kind of assistance will be allowed or not allowed. - Spider?s Web
All participants will have to co-oporate in order to get through a spider's web made of ropes. This task demands a good portion of skill and teamwork. - Acid Lake
The team is located around a marked-out circle in the middle of which lays an object. The group is supposed to rescue the object by means of a rope.
Again, teamwork is the crucial factor for success and failure in the game.

- Flying Fox
On this small cable car participants will cross a small canyon or are transported over a distance between 2 trees.
Equipped with chest and sit harnesses they will safely glide along the rope to the other side. - Abseiling Station
First of all you will get a short briefing on rope techniques. Our trainers will control your descent down on the rope from different heights and at different speeds.
Finally you will control your partners? descents, naturally under the watchful eye of your trainers. - Rope Bridge, Loop Bridge,?
